Space rainbow

The rain had been falling
for hours,
and with it a sense of peacefulness
had descended upon the village

♫ ♫ ♫

And when it stopped,
the flow of day had darkened
and the sky was full of stars

In the distance
the whistle of a train called out,
so Anh walked over to the tracks

All aboard!
whispered the conducter
and Anh got on

Soon underway
the train moved towards a rainbow tunnel
that arched across the tracks
and seemed to extend forever
into the night

The train entered the tunnel
and the passengers were illuminated
by rainbow light

Red, orange, and then yellow
Green, blue, and violet
and then finally purple
The train reached the end of the tunnel
and then it took off
and flowed into space

The train became pure energy,
the passengers as well

in the absense of being
